Data Analyst - dashboard development (Cincinnati, OH)

Bluepeak Keystone Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Investigate trends in loads and lanes and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on claims. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
