Data Analyst - dashboard development (Cincinnati, OH)

Amberfield Maple Water Authority is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on treatment plant data. • Python or R for analysis.
