Data Analyst - dashboard development (Cincinnati, OH)

Summit Lantern Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in vendor invoices and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
