Data Analyst - dashboard development (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Yarrow Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on caregiver training.
