Data Analyst - dashboard development (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Silverline Sparrow Arts Center Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 254 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Investigate trends in school partnerships and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
