Data Analyst - dashboard development (Charlotte, NC)

Bright Rook Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Charlotte with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 288 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in promotions and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on store inventory.
