Data Analyst - dashboard development (Charlotte, NC)

Northwind Juniper Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Charlotte plant, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in cold storage and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
