Data Analyst - dashboard development (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Corner Property Management and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in vendor invoices and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
