Data Analyst - dashboard development (Charlotte, NC)

Northwind Nest Financial serves customers across Charlotte with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in account servicing and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
