Data Analyst - dashboard development (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Summit Sable Manufacturing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in customer orders and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
