Data Analyst - dashboard development (Charlotte, NC)

Highbridge Nest Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in food distribution and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on client intake. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
