Data Analyst - dashboard development (Charlotte, NC)

Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Charlotte area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in learning materials and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
