Data Analyst - dashboard development (Charlotte, NC)

Greenridge Meadow Insurance Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Investigate trends in catastrophe response and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on underwriting files. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
