Data Analyst - dashboard development (Charleston, SC)

Amberfield Keystone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Charleston. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
