Data Analyst - dashboard development (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Keystone Farms and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in packing house output and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on field records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
