Data Analyst - dashboard development (Charleston, SC)

Stonegate Pine Staffing places workers with employers around Charleston. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
