Data Analyst - dashboard development (Buffalo, NY)

Highbridge North Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Buffalo region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in service appointments and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
