Data Analyst - dashboard development (Buffalo, NY)

Stonegate Hollow Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Buffalo area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 858 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on housekeeping schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
