Data Analyst - dashboard development (Boston, MA)

Stonegate Cobalt Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Boston. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
