Data Analyst - dashboard development (Boston, MA)

Amberfield Drift Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Boston, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in branch operations and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on fraud alerts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
