Data Analyst - dashboard development (Boise, ID)

Harborlight Keystone Telecom is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Boise. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in customer tickets and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
