Data Analyst - dashboard development (Birmingham, AL)

Redstone Sparrow Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in caregiver training and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on client records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
