Data Analyst - dashboard development (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Vale Pharma and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in release testing and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on regulatory filings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
