Data Analyst - dashboard development (Birmingham, AL)

Bluepeak Juniper Facilities Group is a facilities company in Birmingham with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on safety inspections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
