Data Analyst - dashboard development (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Quill Health and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in electronic records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient education. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
