Data Analyst - dashboard development (Baltimore, MD)

Rivermark Property Management Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 324 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in maintenance requests and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
