Data Analyst - dashboard development (Baltimore, MD)

Bluepeak Haven Medical is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Investigate trends in production lots and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
