Data Analyst - dashboard development (Baltimore, MD)

Bluepeak Granite Financial serves customers across Baltimore with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in payment disputes and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on regulatory reports. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
