Data Analyst - dashboard development (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Meadow Staffing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on retention. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
