Data Analyst - dashboard development (Austin, TX)

Nova Juniper Health is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in electronic records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinic supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
