Data Analyst - dashboard development (Austin, TX)

Stonegate Meadow Community Partners is a Austin charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in food distribution and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on client intake. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
