Data Analyst - dashboard development (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Thistle Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Atlanta, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Investigate trends in policy renewals and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
