Data Analyst - dashboard development (Atlanta, GA)

Silverline Cobalt Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Atlanta. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in customer complaints and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on claims. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
