Data Analyst - dashboard development (Atlanta, GA)

Nova Field Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Atlanta area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in learning materials and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on attendance records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
