Data Analyst - dashboard development (Atlanta, GA)

Ironwood Cross Banking Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Investigate trends in card disputes and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
