Data Analyst - dashboard development (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Granite Housing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Investigate trends in repair requests and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on waiting lists. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
