Data Analyst - dashboard development (Anchorage, AK)

Stonegate Bright Housing Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
