Data Analyst - dashboard development (Anchorage, AK)

Ironwood Wren Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Anchorage, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Investigate trends in school partnerships and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on ticketing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
