Data Analyst - dashboard development (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Silverline Orchard Arts Center and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in ticketing and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
