Data Analyst - dashboard development (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Birch Care Services Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in licensing and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on client records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
