Data Analyst - dashboard development (Albuquerque, NM)

Silverline Sparrow Care Services supports families and individuals in Albuquerque with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on caregiver training. • Python or R for analysis.
