Data Analyst - dashboard development (Albuquerque, NM)

Northwind Wren Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Albuquerque, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in landfill records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on fleet maintenance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
