Data Analyst - dashboard development (Albuquerque, NM)

Redstone Ember Community Partners Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in grant reporting and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on food distribution. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
