Data Analyst - customer trends (Wichita, KS)

Bluepeak Granite Water Authority Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in capital projects and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
