Data Analyst - customer trends (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Logistics supplies farm and food customers across the Wichita region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 542 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in seasonal crews and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on cold storage. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
