Data Analyst - customer trends (Wichita, KS)

Redstone Union Health is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it.
