Data Analyst - customer trends (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Northwind Summit Early Learning Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Investigate trends in classroom supplies and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
