Data Analyst - customer trends (Wichita, KS)

Foxglove Basin Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Wichita serving households and small businesses, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in card disputes and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on loan files. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
