Data Analyst - customer trends (Wichita, KS)

Clearpath Quarry Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Wichita, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in network equipment and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
