Data Analyst - customer trends (Wichita, KS)

Northwind Ivory Facilities is a facilities company in Wichita with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
